Roles & Responsibilities
- Execution of customer audit response
- Analysis of customer issues and verification of improvement actions
- Organizing subsidiary Quality Audit related status and acting as coordinator with Head office of korea
- Analysis of headquarters and customer requirements and response to customer audits

Qualifications& Requirements (Check Essential/Preference)
- Bachelor's degree in mechanic, Industry or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in CS & Customer audit or a related role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving logic.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong motivation and willingness to develop in the automotive industry
- Knowledge of audit process and automotive standards: IATF 16949, VDA 6.3, Core tools
(APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA etc)
- Specialist knowledge in the field of the product and the manufacturing process (ex SMT)
- Other: Diligence, reliability, personal culture, communication skills, openness and willingness to learn
Language Requirement
- Fluency in English (and/or country’s local language) is mandatory both spoken and written.
