■ 수행업무
• AI 데이터센터 전력 인프라 기본 설계 및 안정성/신뢰성 검토
• ESS/인버터 등 전력변환 장치 제어 로직 개발 및 운영 시스템(EMS/SCADA) 연동
• 전력계통 모델링/시뮬레이션 기반 성능 검증 및 실증 지원
• 마이크로그리드 분산자원 통합 감시∙제어 및 최적 운영 Solution 개발
• Develop baseline designs for AI data center electrical infrastructure and conduct reliability/stability reviews
• Develop control logic for power converters (ESS/inverters) and integrate with operations systems (EMS/SCADA)
• Perform power system modeling/simulation for performance validation and support pilots/commissioning
• Build solutions for integrated monitoring, control, and optimal operation of microgrid DERs

■ 지원자격
• 학력: 석사 이상
• 전공: 전기공학, 에너지시스템공학, 전자정보공학 및 관련 학과 우대
• Education: Master’s degree or higher
• Preferred majors: Electrical Engineering, Energy Systems Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, or related disciplines

■ 필수사항
• 전력변환 장치 제어 연구개발 및 운영 경험
• 마이크로그리드 운영/최적화 또는 분산자원 통합 운영 연구개발 경험
• 전력 계통 해석/시뮬레이션 도구 활용 및 모델 기반 검증 경험
• 전기/전력시스템/전력전자/제어/에너지시스템 등 관련 전공 석사 이상 또는 관련 경력 3년 이상
• 해외 여행에 결격사유가 없는 자
• R&D and operational experience in power converter controls (e.g., ESS/inverters)
• R&D experience in microgrid operation/optimization or integrated DER operations
• Proficiency with power system analysis/simulation tools and model-based validation
• Master’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Power Electronics/Control, Energy Systems, or related fields, with 3+ years of relevant experience
• No restrictions on international travel

■ 우대사항
• 전기/전력시스템/전력전자/제어/에너지시스템 등 관련 전공 학사 이상 및 관련 경력 5년 이상
• 산업플랜트 전력 설계 또는 운영 Solution 개발 경험 보유자
• Python, MATLAB 등 프로그래밍 및 데이터 분석 역량
• SCADA/EMS 등 전력망 운영 시스템 및 실시간 데이터 기반 분석 플랫폼 개발 경험
• Pilot/Commercial 실증 프로젝트 및 상용화 전환을 위한 기획, 실행, 산출물 관리 경험
• 기타 전력 산업 관련 국내외 프로젝트 참여 및 협업 경험
• 글로벌 전력/에너지 관련 표준(IEC, IEEE 등) 이해 및 적용 경험
• 다국적 파트너 및 연구기관과의 협업 경험
• 영어 회화 및 작성 능력 우수자
• Bachelor’s degree or higher with 5+ years of relevant experience in Electrical/Power Systems/Power Electronics/Control/Energy Systems
• Experience in electrical design for industrial plants or development of operations solutions
• Programming and data analysis skills (e.g., Python, MATLAB)
• Experience with power operations systems (SCADA/EMS) and real-time data analytics platforms
• Experience planning/executing pilot/commercial demonstrations and managing deliverables for commercialization
• Participation in domestic/international power industry projects and collaborations
• Familiarity with and application experience of global power/energy standards (e.g., IEC, IEEE)
• Experience collaborating with multinational partners and research institutes
• Excellent proficiency in spoken and written English preferred
